    What can I do to fix my iPod?
    The iPod I have is in pause and it won't let me do anything like turn it of or play the music it is like frosen so what can I do to make it work again?

    If it is still valid, take your iPod to an afterservice center, they either reset your iPod or give you a new one, I got a new one, had the same problem with you
