    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Please give more details. Are you using an optical/laser mouse or one with a ball? Are the problems using the wheel or just moving the cursor around the screen? Are the problems confined to a specific program or all of them?
