    Frozen mp4 player
    My mp4 player has froze how can I get it back playing I have already let the charge die down what next?

    Sadly news!The same problem as my player bought last month.
    The best way to solve this problem is to upgrade it's firmwar.

    However,you should first know which firmware compatible with your player,if you don't know how to update firmware,you can refer hereSourcingMap

    Same problem with me... I have an archos 3Cam vision mp4 and it froze. I think it might be because I downloaded songs of a website could be a virus!!

    I had that same problem with my mp4 player, but there was a reset button on the side of my. I had to use something like a toothpick or a needle to press down on it. So search on your player for a reset button. I hope it helps.
