    What should I do?
Hi I am really concerned because I have this friend who I really love. I'm a girl and my friend is a girl too and I'm pretty positive I'm straight but I'm still a little scared I have a crush on her I've thought she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen for a long time. I really need to put this to rest because I would NOT be okay if I was lesbian or bi We are both very christian so I know she wouldn't be okay with it either. She knows how I feel I told her and I was sooooooo scared and sick that she would get all frekaed out but she didn't and I started feeling better after I told her but it still bothers me that I think she is so pretty I want to cry. What should I do?

It is perfectly normal for straight girls to have crushes on their friends. It is sort of a way for the mind to practice being attracted to other people before you are ready for proper relationships.

Of course some people are gay or bisexual but one crush when you are young is not enough to tell you that.

Count yourself lucky that you have a good friend who you could talk to about this. Enjoy doing all the stuff that friends do together and try not to worry too much about these feelings.

As you are finding this all so confusing it suggests you are not ready for any kind of serious relationship so just enjoy doing the things you usually do and in time you will come to understand what kind of person you want to be with in a relationship in the future.
