    What do you do when your fiancé is still married??
    I have been engaged and living with this man for 2 yrs. He also is still married! He recently had a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. 2 days home and he went to jail and will be there for a while. His "wife" is a very bad drug user and very promiscious. I've been trying to help her and I don't know why. She showed up at the house we share with his father, starving and dirty I fed her and let her bathe. She has not left and refuses. I had the keys to all his vehicles until someone stole them and one of his vehicles was parked at a friends that was putting new tires on it and the keys to it were stolen and it was broken into. I left the home and she is now trying to threaten if I don't have the vehicle and the keys back at that home to her she is swearing out a warrant and theft charge. What can I do??

    Well if your fiancé is still married and you marry him it is called bigamy but seeing as he is in jail I guess that won't happen for a while. As for the other part of your saga, I would suggest you move out and just exit the mess other people are putting you in. I seriously doubt she can file charges because she probably knows where all the keys are to all vehicles. Call her bluff my dear. Why are you taking this abuse?

    If the property is in HIS name, ( not yours) she has a right to it, sorry but he needed to be divorced before you moved in withhim.
