    Want to disappear
    Other than simply trying to get in the witness protection program, I would like to know if there is a legal way of "disappearing" as in, you really being the only who knows where you are. I won't say why, that's another story for another day. If I just love and tell no one, they can always find where I live, the internet is very useful, that is why I would like to know of maybe another way I can "fall of the grid" so-to-speak. In laymens terms I want to be a "ghost".

    Yes,

    Throw away any credit card, any drivers license and all forms of ID.
    Move 100's of miles away where no one knows you.

    Rent from some place for cash only that includes utilities, don't own a car or have any insurance. Work only for day labor for cash only.

    Basically join the 1000's ofr homeless or semi homeless that live on the streets or in flop houses.
