    My paternatiy test came back positive but I know its wrong!
    I was seeing this girl for a while and I work out of town so by friends I found out she was sleeping wit other guys so I stop going around her. Then she comes to me a while later and tells me she just found she is pregnant and that it is mine now I have'nt seen this gril for a couple of months and all of a sudden she is pregnant and its mine. She said she wouldn't for childsupport aslong as I helped her with expences. I decided after the baby was born to go to the childsupport and let them know the situation so we ended up doing a paternatiy test and YUP! It came back POSITIVE now how in the hell could that of happened when I was 300 milies away from that phyco ***** I got screwed cause I have a good job now I have to pay her $803.00 a month and by the time we were done with the court her baby was a year old and I owe $7,799.00 in back pay There has to be somethinh I can do! Someone please HELP!!

    What type of paternity test did you take?

    DNA is as close to infallible as they come. If it wasn't a DNA test... pay to take one if you must. If THAT one says you are... then my dear sir, you are.

    But again was this test though a court ordered lab ( not one of those mail order ones )
    Only a court ordered test if able to be used in court.

    Next seldom do you ever owe back, only to the time she filed for child support in the court.

    So you were served with court papers, did a court ordered DNA test at a lab or doctors facility, and appeared in court after submitting copies of your income.

    I will also assume you have filed for visitation with the child
