I have a best friend that owes me and when she gives me something she always take most of it back or all of it back. It mainly have to do with her boyfriend. She give her boyfriend the world and he always owes her and she always owes me. If she owes me something she would give it to me but then if her boyfriend want it she would take it back from me and give it to her boyfriend just because she gives him the world. What should I do about her or that?

Both she and her boyfriend are users. Haven't you figured that out yet? Learn to say the word "No" a few times outloud and then when she asks you for somethng you've already practiced saying the word so it should be realatively easy for you to say it to her face with confidence. And stick with the no as well and you'll be just fine.
