    aceptable deflection in the tubes
    can we say that the deflection of the tube or beam under any type f force equal zero

    or there is equation to know the acceptable deflection.

    Please carify what "tubes" you are asking about. In general, for a beam under a force there is always some amount of deflction - whether that amount is acceptable or not depends on the particular appliction.
