    Can I Run 5 HP 1440 RPM AC Induction Motor at 0.5Hz. By VFD if I get desired torque and if my current is within limit?

    the spec on mine say it should not run less than 20%(12hz),it would hurt the motor: something about harmonic distortion... If your is at 0.5 , it is less than 1 rev per second, would that make yours worst??
