How can I withdraw my child from an IEP?
MY child is on an IEP and I wish to withdraw him because I do not wish to disclose any information to his new school in September of 2010. By withdrawing him now, his current school reports, which will be passed on to his new school, will not reflect that he had needed special services.

Are you sure? Will not "all of his records" be sent to a new school ?

And what has changed from before to now, if he was special needs at the start of this year what in his condition has changed so they are no longer special needs ?

I agree with this ; these are all good points. And I'd also like to ask, why the big secret about his IEP where his new school is concerned?
