    My Windows Task Bar has VANISHED!!
    My windows address bar, that is opened by the windows key, has vanished, I don't know where it went, I don't know how it got there, all I know is I want it back, please help

    Try hitting F11 and see if that reduces the page back to your original view. If that doesn't help, hit View then try various tool bars or explorer bars.

    Hope you find your bar!

    Hi Watson652,

    My name is Deepa and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Please try to press CTRL+ESC key on your keyboard and if at the same time the taskbar reappears, then it could be a matter of the taskbar was resized too small.
    I would like to suggest you one more step that you can try and that is making some changes in registry settings. Please go through the following steps to go into the registry of your system:-
    Click on start menu> run > regedit
    Once you are in the registry, you may try to delete the following registry key and next time you log on it should restore taskbar to default settings :-
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ Current Version\ Explorer\ StuckRects
    Also, may try running the System File Checker to see if it can fix the problem:-
    Start Menu\All Programs\Accessories\ Right-Click Command Prompt and type sfc /scannow(may take a little bit to run but it may be able to fix the problem).
