I have my Favorites in my documents folder on Windows 7. How do I transfer them to my favorites on internet explorer so they show up when I am on the internet?

It is? I haven't found it so. Be we aren't talking about Win 7. We are talking about IE 8 and importing your favorites hasn't changed for several versions. The key is they should be stored in an Html file, usually name bookmarks.htm.

In the future, you might also want to consider using an online bookmarking site like Delicious. You can access your bookmarks/favorites from any computer, anywhere. http://delicious.com/
