With regards to your question, I would recommend you clearing junk files from the computer and run a virus check using a antivirus and ensure the antivirus you use is uptodate. Furthermore, please check in task manager if there is any particular process taking up a lot of memory on the computer. In such cases where there are processes taking up huge amount of memory, it would indicate a virus problem thus slowing down the computer.
