Why do Iphone4 videos come in sideways
My wife and daughter, both have Iphone 4, phones that are capable of taking videos. When you view them on another Iphone, they are correctly oriented. But when she sends them via an email as an attachment, they come in as a .wmv file but the videos are always "sideways" or 90 degrees off. The first thing we thought of, was to turn their Iphones 90 degrees. Either way you hold it sideways, the videos come in upside down. Why is this and is there a way in Windows Media in Windows 7, to turn the orientation of these videos on my PC. Thank You
Follow up. Incoming files were .mov and my file associations had Windows media playing these file associations. I changed the file associations (mov) to have Quicktime and it opened them up with correct orientation. |
