All your Yahoo mail is stored on Yahoo's server. Once you log in on any computer, you should have access to anything you can at home. The only exception would be something you downloaded and stored on your computer and then deleted from your Yahoo account. I will leave accessing your own computer to others that know more.

If you look at the opening page for this forum, there is an announcement that this forum is to be used to introduce yourself to other members.

It explains that, if you have a question, you should use an appropaite forum. In your case the E-Mial subforum in Computers & Technology.

There will be no way to do this (retrieve files stored on the computer at home) unless someone is there - assuming you do not currently have any remote access system set up on it.

I use www.logmein.com for remote access - so can access my computer from anywhere as long as it is on. I use the free version and it works just fine.

The only thing is, though, someone has to be physically at each machine to set it up... but of course if someone were home to do this, they might as well email you the file(s).
