    Windows Media Player Mini Mode
    I can't enable mini mode on windows media player because it's not in the list of toolbars are there any fixes for this?

    Indeed. You probably have an older version installed. Mini was introduced in what... version 10? I would try to download the latest versino from the Microsoft site.
