    Sharp Notebook model PC-FS 2
    Trying to UG RAM on this machine, where do I start looking to;

    a) Find where the RAM is housed
    b) Remove old and insert new

    Also the Bty is shagged any ideas on where I can get a replacement that doesn't eat my leg and have a go at my arm as well

    Any help appreciated

    Find your owners manual (check sharps website)
    That will tell you where the ram is (usually under the keyboard or in the back (underside))

    - the manual should also tell you the type of ram needed


    Go to NEWEGG they are really good (they may even have a way to look it up there)

    Anyone know where I can get 512 Mb SDRAMM 144 pins for the above laptop.

    All the high st firms don't stock it.
