Do I have an Antique if so what is it worth
I think I have some antiques but I'm not sure. I have a set of black cast iron hitching post horse heads. Its just the heads not the post. Are they antique? I also have a set of Red Game cock rosters liq. Bottle collectibles. On the bottom it has Heritage China 1970 S.N-7 Ezra Brooks. Are they worth any thing?

It is really hard to determine whether something is an antique without really seeing it first hand.
Just without seeing things what you have, it sounds like you certainly have some collectible items and that they would be worth something beyond what you might expect to pay at a garage sale for them. What something is worth, really does depend on what someone is willing to pay for the item.
Have you tried taking any of these items to an antique dealer or even a museum to see what they think? There are also books available on antiques at most public libraries and also bookstores that I am sure would be helpful. Can you post any images of the objects that you have in a post on this thread?

Thanks Clough, I have attach pictures so that you can see what I have. I hope I did it right. Let me know if you can't get the pictures. Once upon a time I had these items in my yard sale and this nice lady told me I shouldn't sell them because they were Antique. I haven't taken them to an antique dealer yet. I check in books but can't find these items. I was hoping to get the information, but no luck so far.:( Can you tell me if I have something?

Hi, robjazhen!
What about the old painting, please?
I don't understand what your question is. Once I know that, I'll need to move your question, because you've posted on the really old thread of someone else that's now archived.
Thanks!

How do I antique after painting?
[ 1 Answers ]
I recently used an antiquing kit from Rustoleum's American Accents collection and the look is awful. The base coat is ivory and the stain top coat is a brown color. It doesn't look antiqued to me, it just resembles an off white color that someone threw muddy water on.

Antique headboard
[ 2 Answers ]
I recently bought a headboard/footboard from a dealer, who only had two of the brackets. They are made to hook into the old board (single hook) and bolt onto a modern frame.
I've attached a photo of the bracket. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Or know of a different bracket that has a...
Antique mower
[ 1 Answers ]
I have an antique riding lawn mower that has a Briggs and Stanton engine, was made by MILBRADT. My guess it was made in the 1920's or 30's. Does anyone know anything about these? Year or value?
