    Legal experts regarding HIPAA laws?
    I have a sign company and we manufacture some basic communication signs for patient care. Some of the titles include "Fall Precaution", Oxygen in Use, NPO, No IV from ____ arm. {web site removed} Is it legal to post these signs in patient rooms?

    I don't see why it wouldn't be. No patient info is being given out.

    Nothing to do with HIPAA but you must have the hospitals permission to display in their facility
