    Algebra 1 Help Please?
During an Alpine Skiing event, the times of four skiers were listed below. Time is measured in seconds.

    Skier Skier A Skier B Skier C Skier D
    Time 114.36 114.40 114.48 114.44

If the stopwatch used was only accurate to the tenth of a second, which skier's time would be different from the others?
    Skier A

    Skier B

    Skier C

    Skier D

I believe the answer would be Skier A or Skier C because their time would be 114.35. Skier B would stay the same and Skier D would be 114.45?

I'm not great with rounding, I just would like some help with this. I've tried my best to figure it out.

The stopwatch is only accurate to 1/10 of a second, so the only skier that has a different time would be skier a because the time at 1/10 of a second is 3, while the other skiers have a time of 4 tenths of a second. I did not see anything that said to round up or down the time..
