I have heard of weight loss medison, but never weight gain medison! The ever-so-popular answer to a problem like that would be to eat yourself sick, but I'm not going to advice you to do that. My advice is to eat regular portions of food and to see a doctor for advice. If my answer was helpful please rate my answer, good luck!

I would consult a nutritionist and maybe a personal trainer, I would never advise you to eat 6 McDonald happy meals a day, don't let anyone tell you to eat yourself silly, it's horrible for your insides, especially your heart, the trainer can help you keep in shape because, maybe you need to gain weight but do it the right way, you don't want to get fat! Just thicken out..

Its easy to put on weight, but you want to put on weight properly. I suggest that what you want is not fat but muscle. This means toning your body and not stuffing it. So your best bet is work with a personal trainer.

But first you should consult with your doctor to see if you are unhealthily thin and to get a diet that will help put on muscle.

Increase the quantity of foods you normally eat. In addition you might want to add, Instant breakfast drinks, ensure, protein powders and nutritional supplements or products like this. Make sure your getting 3 large meals, and 3 large snacks through the day. Some other good choices, are nuts, seeds, legumes, chickpeas, peanutbutter, omelets, granola, bagels and cornbread, jam honey, soy protein powder. Veggies like avacodos, olives, potatoes, peas, squash. Fruits like canned fruit in syrup, dried fruit and fruit nectar drinks. Use multi vitamin/minerals supplements everyday. Use milk istead of water in cereals, soups and sauces. Mix chop meat, wheat germ, nuts, beans or cheese in casseroles, pasta and side dishes.

Learn how to "Zig-Zag" your nutrition plan so you maintain control of your basal metabolic rate. This will reduce the likelihood of gaining excessive amounts of body fat in your quest for more mass.

Google it. "Zig Zag method for fat loss" or "Dr. Fred Hatfield Zig Zag method" or something similar. It's worth the read, especially if you're a hard gainer.

And finally... learn patience. Your body just might not be ready to fill out quite yet. Muscle maturity is something that many people don't experience until their late-20s or even 30s.
