    Fab Fiber!
    Are fiber supplements just as good as getting the recommend amount through food sources? I eat a lot of fruits and veggies but I'm not getting enough fiber in my diet so I have be contemplating on whether I should try supplements; are they okay to use?

    Have a bowel of instant oatmeal each morning with a piece of whole grain bread. Many different flavors to choose from and a healthy way to start the day. As for the supplements. I am sure a good health food store would have a list and maybe sample bottles to try.

    Thanks for the input! I usually eat enriched cereal in the morning but I will try the oatmeal for a while! I bought some chewable fiber tablets so we'll see how those work as well!
