    Lymphnode cancer
    Hi There
Recently a girlfriend of mine was diagnosed with Lymphnode cancer and has a growth that started growing behind her ear. Her doctor is arranging to have surgery done on the growth soon, as it is causing her severe pain because its attached to muscles in her neck. My question is that with Lmyphnode Cancer, is this a cancer that spreads quickly? She has been fighting her battle with cancer for 4 years now. I've heard that your Lymphnodes pump fluid throughout your body... so I'm thinking, she'd have cancer all throughout her body. My concern is that someone told me she won't live that long... as it'll take over whole body so quickly... is this true?

    Hi, welder,
The best information will have to come from her Doctor.
Has she had a biopsy to determine that, in fact, it is cancerous?
Cancer, most of the time, requires Chemo and Radiation treatments! There could be a case where it's not required, but normally, it is.
My wife had a cancer nodule on her tongue, went through Chemo and Ratiation treatments two years ago. We are blessed that now she is "cancer free". Her friend had more serious throat cancer, requiring surgery, and then the treatments. She is also cancer free after two years.
Please ask you friend to talk with the Doctor to get more information.
