Biopsy report (dated 6th Jan,2011) is as under:
Specimen - Right Cervical Lymph node
Microscopic ( H.E. Section) - Selection of the lymph node shows intrasinusoidal infiltrate of cohesive appearing cells with moderately anisokaryotic round of oval vesicular nuclei with prominent nucleoli, frequent mitosis, scanty to moderate amount of eosinophilic to clear cytoplasm with indistinct cytoplasmic borders. Foci of necrosis are evident. Features are suggestive of metastatic poorly differentiated carcinoma.

Biopsy report (dated 20th Jan,2011) is as under:
Specimen: Nasopharyngeal Biospy
Microscopic ( H. E. Section) - Section shows tumor composed of nests and trabeculae of polygonal cells with moderate amount of pale eosinophilic to occasionally clear cytoplasm with indistinct cells margins and moderately pleomorphic vesicular nuclei with smooth outlines, prominent nucleoli and mitosis. The tumor cells are accompanied by dense lymphocytic infiltrate. The feature are suggestive of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (Lymphoepithelioma - like).

We can't give you a medical action plan. One of the cancers has already metastatized.
