    Win2003 server network
    I have two win2k servers which I want connect each other in the same local network. It has Two Different DC, same subnets. First server has user login accounts,applications,second server has a exchange server. I want first server get connected with the second server to operate the exchange operations.

    Are the servers setup for Workgroup or Active Directory?

    You mentioned there are two different DC? Did you mean Domain Controllers? If so, are they are on two different domains? Are the domains part of the same Forest?

    Connecting the servers in the same local network is easy. Trusting the same security is a little different.
