    Have to convert a legacy server, Windows Server 2000 to esxi6.1
    Have to convert physical windows server 2000 to virtual machine in Esxi6.1
    It runs few applications like sql server.
    Could I please know the steps how to make it virtualise in ESXI 6.1 ?

    This type of job is way above your pay grade..
    NEVER practice on a production server, build something throw away and get your plan down, before attempting this task...
    As Yoda says Do or do not, there is no try...
    Break a production server and your life gets very interesting, very quickly...
