    Want to know who sang a song
    Hi, in the eariy 80,s John Anderson sang just a swinging , someone done a remake called just a standing , lyrics like , I didn't want to see her so I didn't call her on the phone was drug over to her house and this was going on . Can you help , thanks & God bless.

    I am pretty sure the lyrics you are referring to are:

    There's a little girl, living in my neighborhood
    Her name is Charlotte Johnson mmm mmm lookin good
    I had to go and see her, so I called her on the phone
    Walked over to her house, and this was goin' on

    The remake is actually called " Swingin' " by Cletus T. Judd
