    Uninstalled multimedia audi controller
    I mistakenly uninstalled multimedia audi controller in my PC. Now I have no sound , and only show found new device each time I switch the laptop on.

    You'll need to figure the make and model of your audio chipset first. You can try installing and running: Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit to find that out.
