    Just uninstalled my multimedia audio controlller driver
    Stupid. I know. I thought I didn't need it, and my computer already had its own driver.. but it didn't. Is there any way I can find out the name of the program I uninstalled? Any other suggestions? Muchly thanks of lots.

    Hi, can you give a little more detailed info of exactly what happened, kind of don't understand whole statement.

    my computer already had its own driver.. but it didn't
    What was trying to be done, was there a problem?

    Did you install a driver over the one that was there and was working?

    You can rollback your driver to the previous version through device mgr, What operating system are you using?
