I cannot get itunes to run on my PC
Since Tuesday I have tried to download itunes on my computer multiple times. I have every time deleted it out of everypossible location, will empty recyle bin, reboot and try again. I either get the error "Plugins did not install properly" or "iTunes had encountered a problem and cannot be opened at this time". I just bought my iPod tue. And was able to register it and download iTunes at that time. Then Wednesday I had to do a system restore because the program Virusburst got onto my computer and I couldn't get rid of it. What do I need to do to reinstall iTunes? I cannot seem to be able to get music onto my iPod with out it(I was downloading my cd's onto the program then sync it with iPod. BTw I have tried to use my multimedia player to do this too, it recognizes my iPod but it doesn't sync.)
    THANK YOU

Delete that installer you have for itunes, and try a new one. If that doesn't work run a virus scan and then install. Also check that you have enough RAM to install it. And idd all else fails there is an itunes replacement called "Ephpod" (EphPod - iPod for Windows (and Linux) :: HOME) that can move music to and from your iPod to you PC.

    Good luck
