    Try amazon mp3. Then there's the itunes store, which requires you to download iTunes to buy the music.

    What brand is your mp3 player? As long as it's not an iPod, you probably just have to plug it into the usb port on your computer (like a flash drive), and drag mp3 files onto the drive while it's mounted.

    It depends actually, you can buy full albums by going to a music store and buying the album you want from them, and then ripping songs onto your PC, though to buy single songs you can use Itunes or like the person before me said Amazon.

    Now depending on what MP3 you have, you may of got a program with the MP3 which is used to upload songs to the MP3, or it could be just another Plug and Play device and all you do is use it like a flash drive and when its plugged into your PC, you just drag MP3 songs into it.
