A woman kills herself and her husband doesn't know why the police closed the case saying it was an accident but the husband doesn't believe it so he tries to get the dog to speak so he can talk to him and he becomes obsessed with it and then he goes to this place where there all trying to get dogs to talk but by like abusing them gruesomely
