What is that movie called
It was a movie where the murderer was trying to kill his/her spouse. The murderer was having an affair with someone who was a police officer. This police officer pulls the murderer over and searches the trunk of the car where they find all the evidence but it turns out that the officer was not allowed to search the trunk and so all the evidence was thrown out and the murderer got away with it. If I remember right, the last scene you see the murderer show up at the cops house and they kiss and that is when it all comes together. Does anyone know the name of this movie please?
