Ok I remember watching this when I was young and I am in my early twenties now so it probably came out in the late eighties early nineties. I can remember it is about a girl who falls in love with this guy(I think he is a prince) but some how she gets this magic stone and it is the only way he can recognize her. Well somehow the stone falls down a well where there is this magic talking frog(dont remember what this has to do with the movie) but she goes in to get it and gets transported to this magic land. She has a little dog and takes it with her. Well another girl(maybe her sister) who is really mean goes in to find the stone also because she wants to be with the prince too. Umm... I remember at one point the girl goes to this house where this woman is taking care of a bunch of babies that have to be fed and are crying. I also remember that at one point the mean girl ties the little dog to a tree and it starts snowing and the dog blooms into a flower somehow! There is also another point where a bunch of girls are lined up in front of the prince with stones of the same type as the real one but are the wrong shape.
The second movie I remember less about. I know that there was this bear who somehow found this baby dragon. Well he takes him to his house where he takes care of him but for some reason, the dragon likes to steal stuff. I remember one scene where the dragon is walking down a hall carrying bag and steadily putting stuff(candle sticks, etc.) in it. In th end the bear makes the dragon go back to his own cave I think. I know this is not much to go on but if someone could help!
