Need a Title - Old Movie like 40's or earlier
About 2 years ago I saw parts of an old movie on AMC, TCM or one of those old movie channels. I don't remember much, which is my biggest obstacle in finding the title. I only remember one scene which is a house on a cliff that either people or a woman is moving into and the woman hears something in a room upstairs. The window in the room I believe overlooks the cliff side onto the water, anyway after the woman walks into the room the rest of the people in the house walk into the room they carry on a conversation, nobody notices anything odd, all the people walk out and then the woman walks out but the audience is still in the room and the chandelier in the middle of the room starts to shake violently. That's it, I know probably very impossible because there isn't much there to go off but if anyone knows any movie that sounds like this let me know. Some additional things I can tell you is it was. Def made a long time ago very early 50's or earlier, I am thinking probably the 40's, it is black and white and it is NOT The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Thanks so much any help would be great!
