Old kung fu movie
There is this guy who has two sisters. They all know martial arts. Sisters use swords with red fabric hanging from the handle. One day a group of bad guys attack him but he doesn't want to fight so they attack his sisters so he has to fight them. He fights them and wins, and he picks up his his stick and puts it across his shoulders with buckets of sand or something hanging on each side and crushes the ground with his feet and leaves. Everyone is shocked when they saw the crack on the ground. The bad guys go to their kung fu teacher and he challenges the guy to a tournament. He threatens him with something so he has to compete. There is also this training scene where he trains with large vases of water an on wooden poles. Also an american fighter enters the tournament that trains on sand bags. The guy beats the american in the final. That's all I remember. I hope that someone can tell me what movie is it.
