It may be a 70's movie but I saw it in late 90's on cable television and it may be an italian/french movie since they used scooter in the movie.

It is basically a love story where in the boy classmate loves this girl from his art class but she falls in love with a businessman who comes to town in his flashy car and later dumps her after having sex with her.

In all the scenes described the girl is in skirt only.
In the opening scene of the movie the lead actress (tall blond) takes lift in an open car to her school and the guy tries to molest her by touching her legs and she hits him with her bag and gets out. I think its some kind of art school. There her friend does not pay attention to the teacher and so the teacher calls him to stand up next to him and speak what he was just saying. While going towards the taught he signals the girl (the lead actress) with his index and middle finger to open her legs to distract the teacher. She starts opening her legs slowly and the teacher keeps bending his chair towards the side to have a clear look between the legs of the girl but the teacher falls from the chair and the whole class burst into laughter.

Then the girl visits (on a scooter, I think) her friend where her friend tries to force her to be nude to make a portrait of her and she fights with him and runs away from there, hitting the friend with a photo frame on his head.

She gets attracted to a boy in her class who takes her on a bike ride to a secluded lake/pond. While on the way and sitting on the rear of the bike she opens her legs so that he can see her panties in the rear view mirror, he adjusts the rear view mirror to have a clear look at her panties.

Then she falls in love with the businessman and he uses her to have sex with her and later leaves her.

This is all that I can remember from this movie, can someone help me with its name please ?
