Name of a film
An Australian film - or made for TV perhaps.
This was about a woman whose husband tried to kill her in the outback by pushing her into a river full of crocodiles. She survived but was dreadfully mauled with her face almost destroyed. She crawled somewhere for help (unbeknownst to her husband). The woman was eventually treated with plastic surgery which completely changed her appearance. She had been a fairly plain woman, but the surgeon made her beautiful. She decided to get revenge on her husband (he thought she was dead) by building some sort of power base. I cannot remember one person in the film to help, but I do remember it had an extremely powerful plot. Can anyone help with this? |
