Im looking for 2 movies, one is a bit older, and one is newer (from 2010-2012)

The older one goes something like this: I think I women witnesses a crime or something, and the guys she witnessed it from are after here and she gets away and near the end makes it to the apartment and the police tell her to stay put. Over the course of her staying in the apartment she's in contact with 2 sets of detectives. A while later the bad-guys come impersonating Detectives and take her OR She finds out that the people she was talking to (or at least one of the sets) are not real detective sand gets away. I think the movie was called something like eagle witness or bird witness or something like that because the only other witness was a bird that happened to be flying by.

I know this is not a lot, in fact very little but any help would be appreciated. This is an older movie, around 1998-2005/6 movie.


The newer one goes something like this, or at least the description did when I read it and the trailer did when I watched it. It was about 2 little (I think-may have just been one) living away from each other, and they supposedly had demons after them but no one would believe them. In fact, in the trailer there was this man on a motor bike wearing all black and a black helmet looking one of the girls. I'm assuming he was the demon. I remember in the descriptions it had somewhere within it this phrase "Demons passed on from generation to generation" (but I'm not entirely sure)


Sorry for my vagueness, but I don't have the best memory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
