Movie became play thanks to playwrightcarachter?

This movie is older as in 70´s, 80´s... Lots of stuff happens in a house and in the end, one of the ladycarachters writes a play about what happened and all of a sudden the carachters are "actors" who take a bow. I think it was sort of a thriller..
