80's movie all I remember is a hot Blondie in a trailer I think and she'd get all hot maybe even topless can't remember and she gave bad haircuts but no one cared obviously. These teens that were at a camp would sneak out and watch and one finally gets his haircut with her but she's not into it anymore all he got was the bad haircut.
