I saw this movie years ago about a teenage girl about 17 falls in love with an older guy about 20 her mom didn`t approve she was like susan sarandon then they ran away her mom reported the police that he kidnapped her so they can find them , she had to change her hair color and she changed her name or her name was hailey.. I can't remember the rest but in the end the boy gets shot trying to save her but he didn`t die he looked like chris o`donnelle that`s all please help and I guess it was in the 90`s
