Help finding anime movie
Saw this movie years ago on the sci fi channel. It had a red haired girl who could run really fast. She was always fighting or running away from a villain that was huge, had a mushroom shaped head and small china doll like mask. There was also another villain trying to win her, he had whitish hair and she shot him in the end. I can not track this down! Please help, Thank you!
