Forgot The Name of This Movie! (SOLVED)
There's a movie where there's some teenager who is put under house arrest for punching a cop. The teenager tries to run out of his house but his ankle monitor starts beeping, and the same cop teases and threatens him for doing so. This old man is stalking the teenager and he tells the cop, but he thinks he's making things up. The old man kills the cop, then duct tapes the teenager to a chair. The old man talks to him... and I think the cops come and arrest the old man or they kill him... something like that. I think it features Josh Hutcherson or the actor just looks a lot like him. I also think it was a horror movie but I'm not sure.
