    Finding a movie
    Looking for a movie I watched as a child, second world war, french soldiers being taken to prison trying to escape all the time, I remember 2 parts, 1 they moved mattresses up and down and behind them were the soldiers, and I remember they stole a van drove it into a shop saying heil hitler

    ( It might help a bit if we knew when you watched this - were you a child in the 90's, the 70's the 50's? - it might help narrow down what film you're looking for) - anyway, I found The Elusive Corporal (Le Caporal Epingle) from 1962 - haven't seen it myself, maybe it's what you're looking for?
