A Cult Murder Horror Movie
A movie that aired on TV back in early 2000s on New Year's Eve. Involves 2 sisters being kidnapped by a cult. And one gets put on staged in front of a crowd and gets water poured all over her then men come out with the cattle prod type things and start tasering her to death. It's kind of a gothy movie.
