    Comedy films?
I love a good comedy to cheer me up, but recently I have been quite stuck on what to watch, does anyone know any good comedy films?

    Many thanks!

It is difficult to pick movies for someone else so I would just mention a few comedians who my wife and I have enjoyed like Jim Carrey, Steve Martin. Laurel and Hardy (The Music Box), John Candy (Candy and S Martin in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles), Tom Hanks in many, Mr. Bean (many available on youtube), all Mel Brooks movies (Blazing Saddles etc), Red Green. Even British comedies like Are You Being Served? British comedies are sometimes difficult for Americans to get accustomed to but once you do- you get hooked. Many of the British shows easily available online. Mrs. Brown's Boys --google that sometime. As you can tell I'm not very up to date, but personal tastes have a lot to do with what an individual finds humorous. Saturday Night Live shows provide a great variety of humorous folks.

Animal House. If u even remotely felt the urge to laugh at 'scary movie', you're a complete moron, & shouldn't be allowed to live on this planet.
