    I can't remember
    The movie is about a military person who is stationed in jamaica or someplace.
    He learns capowata it is a form of self defense but it has been turned into a dance.
    He comes back to america and he turns an old firestation into a dojo and starts to teach it to troubled teens.
    In the end he ends up fighting with a gang leader who nows capowata.

    Any help with this title would be appreciated.

    Sha, only my favorite movie ever! It's called ONLY THE STRONG!
    Awesome movie, I even found it at the mall at I think tower records for like 15 bucks, used to watch it every freaking day with my little brother
