    Cant find this horror movie, I give a description
    I don't remember a lot about this movie. It's a horror movie and was made pre-1998. I remember there's this kid with a voodoo doll and I think it was one of his dad or something. Needless to the voodoo brings back a zombie that goes on a rampage. One the most memorable scene of the movie is when the zombie is on the roof of the cop car, as cops are having a conversation. He rips through the roof and rips one of the cops heads off. I don't remember anything else and I know my description is kind of vague, but I search for two years and haven't been able to find the name of the movie. Hopefully someone else has seen this movie and can help me.
